All Abilene Christian University students who are upper classman, 21, or graduated from high school 2 years prior are eligible to apply for accommodation at University Park. This includes research assistants and full-time, part-time, undergraduate and postgraduate students.

There is a strict no pets policy at University Park. This includes goldfish and birds.

The Village hosts a diverse range of residents from all over the world and across the United States, and we see this as a true strength of our community. To ensure fairness, we don't give preference to any group over others. Therefore we encourage all applicants to submit the relevant forms as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

If you'd like to share an apartment with a friend, please specify this on your roommate matching form. Given our high demand, we can't guarantee to fulfill all requests, but we'll definitely try our best to accommodate you.

The earlier you and your friend apply, the easier it is for us to assign you to the same apartment.

University Park allows all residents to have a vehicle but institutes a parking permit system. You will be given ACU/UP parking sticker purchased through your ACU account balance.

We do provide a roommate matching service at University Park. Please fill out the roommate matching form and submit it to our offices in order to take advantage of this free service.

University Park shares the same internet network with Abilene Christian University. Broadband connectivity is available in every bedroom at the Village.

We also have the clubhouse and laundry room where you can access wireless Internet for free.

University Park is located on the ACU campus, in close proximity to the new Student Recreation and Wellness Center. It takes approximately five to ten minutes to walk to class depending on the location of the department.

University Park offers Full 12-month leases, Academic 9-month leases, 7-month Spring/Summer leases, 4-month Spring leases, and 3-month Summer leases.

You may supplement the furniture that comes in the apartment but you may not remove any of the furniture provided to you by University Park.

As a resident if you have maintenance request you can call the office at 325.738.4600 to provide your name, unit number, request, and call back number or you can file a maintenance request online through your resident portal.
